The International Workshop on Meibomian Gland Dysfunction defines MGD as “a chronic, diffuse abnormality of the meibomian glands, commonly characterized by terminal duct obstruction and/or qualitative and quantitative changes in the glandular secretion. It may result in alteration of the tear film, eye irritation, clinically apparent inflammation, and ocular surface disease.”
In this presentation, Dr. Leslie O’Dell and Dr. Milton M. Hom explore the following questions:

- Does in-office manual expression improve MG function for patients with MGD?
